Outstanding facility and even better instruction. Great mix of classes. Brock Larson has the patience of a saint with the kids, yet still works them hard and teaches quality material. The adults get the many benefits of Brock's vast experience, work ethic, and knowledge. It's hard to imagine a better place to train.
